What we build
TaskSia is one workspace for the day-to-day of running a team: time tracking with breaks and multi-project allocation, projects with phases and budgets, customers, expenses and multi-currency with live conversion, documents with versioning and AI, invoicing, leave and absence, approvals with a payroll lock, and reports that update in real time.
Everything is permissioned and hosted in the EU. People see their own work, admins see the whole picture, and the numbers add up on their own.
Why we built it
Most teams run their week across half a dozen disconnected tools: a timer here, a spreadsheet there, files somewhere else, and the numbers never quite match. TaskSia does fewer things and does them well, so the day reconciles itself instead of costing you an afternoon.
How we work
We're small and deliberate. We ship steadily: small improvements most weeks, and bigger ones when they're ready. We'd rather do a few things well than pile on features nobody asked for.
Your data lives in the EU (hosted on OVHcloud in Paris, with Convex), GDPR by default, and every read and write is checked against a real permissions policy, not a hidden button. You can read more on our Security and Privacy pages.
